How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?
It's simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with AudioScribe within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, just email us at support@audioscribe.org. If you request a refund within 14 days, we will return your payment minus a deduction for the audio duration you have already processed. The deduction is calculated at a rate of $0.035 per minute. This applies to all paid plans.
